I was fortunate enough to spend much of 2021 making music again. Half of it with a set of borrowed Nate Banton Border pipes. I was in love with the tunes of the Lowlands and Scottish Borders for years before having a set of those beauties at my fingertips. I realized I needed a set of Border or Lowland pipes of my own, which made for the third substantial purchase of bagpipes and bagpiping equipment this year. So...AN ALBUM! Pay the Pipemaker is filled with lots of great tunes and a song from the Borders of Scotland and England with a nice mix of Irish, English, Highland and Island tunes mixed in as well performed on Great Highland Bagpipes (GHB) Uilleann Pipes (UP) Border Pipes (BP) whistles and jaw harps. I hope you enjoy these tunes!
